Management Consulting refers to the industry in which a few companies bring together a group of analytical minds to develop strategies to solve a business’s problems.  This involves meeting with managers to better understand the business and any potential issues they could be facing. 

The start of a Management Consultant’s job is all about understanding a company and getting a better picture of the problems facing them. Some of their daily tasks include analyzing the data of a company, developing solutions to the problem, and conducting personal interviews in tandem with written reports.
