How can I edit my profile?

  1. Login to PathMatch
  2. Once you've logged in, tap or click on "Profile" in the top navigation. You'll be taken to your PathMatch Profile.
  3. When viewing your profile, click the "Edit" button to make edits to your profile. You can add a photo, experience, etc.
  4. When you're done, be sure to click "Done Editing" to save your changes.

How do I delete my PathMatch account?

We're sorry to hear you're not loving PathMatch. If you've decided to deactivate your PathMatch account, this guide will walk you through the steps to delete your account permanently.

Deleting your account will remove all your personal information, preferences, and activity from the platform.

Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and you will lose access to all PathMatch features and services. Follow the instructions below to delete your PathMatch account.

  1. Sign in to your PathMatch account on the web: app.pathmatch.com/login
  2. Navigate to the Settings page
  3. Click Delete my Account
  4. You'll be prompted to confirm you want to delete your account.
  5. If you're sure, press Yes. Your account and all it's info will immediately be deleted.

Can companies really see my profile?

Your PathMatch Profile is essential for leveraging PathMatch to find great job or internship opportunities.

PathMatch uses the information you provide to offer personalized career/job recommendations tailored to your passions and interests, which will enable you to discover relevant jobs and internships that align with what you are looking for.

Everything you add to your profile is used to better personalize your career and job recommendations. The more complete your profile, the more accurate your matches will be. The more complete your profile, the easier it is for hirers to find you on PathMatch.

Completing your profile enhances your likelihood of receiving interview requests from recruiters regarding job opportunities.

What's a Hireability Score?

Your Hireability Score is a quantitative reflection of your education, skills, work experience, and other factors that determine how "hireable" you are. 

Complete your PathMatch profile for your Hireability Score to accurately reflect your experience and skills. Edit your profile in the PathMatch app to add your prior work experience, your education information, your skills, and more. All of these factors will contribute to your Hireability Score.

Your Score is also dependent upon unchangeable factors like your age and year in school. For example, a Senior in college would have a higher Hireability Score than a Freshman.

  5. You're done! Log in with your account email and new password.

How to search for candidates on PathMatch

With PathMatch search, you have the ability to search a database of 100k+ quality candidates. Filter through candidates by school, major, skills, and more to find the perfect candidate for your role.

You can search for candidates by a number of parameters:

  1. Name
  2. Email
  3. School
  4. Locations (including remote-only)
  5. Career Paths (selected by and matched to candidates)
  6. Graduation Date

Upgrading to Search

PathMatch search is a paid feature and costs $99 per month. A Job Slot is included.

To sign up for PathMatch Search, follow these steps:

  1. Log in or sign up for PathMatch
  2. Navigate to the Search tab
  3. Click Upgrade Now
  4. Proceed through the checkout flow

Searching for candidates

To search for candidates on PathMatch, follow these steps:

  1. You'll first need an active Search plan. If you haven't, upgrade to Search.
  2. Navigate to the Search tab
  3. You'll see a list of candidates. Search for anything in the search bar.
  4. Use the filters to narrow your results by candidate location, matched career paths, skills, tools, graduation date, and more. Learn more

If you're interested in learning more about a candidate, click on their profile to see more.

PathMatch Job Slots

With a job slot, you are able to post a job on PathMatch.

Job Slots are $64 each. You can have more available job slots than you have active job posts. For example, you can pay for 5 job slots but only have 2 active jobs posted.

To view your current number of job slots and purchase more, navigate to the Job Posts tab, then click "Buy More" in the top right.

  2. In the top right, you can see your current number of active and available job posts. Click Buy More to buy more Job Slots ($64 each)

Cancel a PathMatch for Companies plan

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your PathMatch membership at any time, however, based on your membership level, you will continue to be charged until the end of your billing cycle.

How to cancel your plan

To cancel your plan, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab, then Billing
  3. Click on “Update plan
  4. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
  5. You'll be asked for a reason for cancelling. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us improve our services, but providing a reason is optional.

Is there a specific cancellation period or notice required?

We do not have a specific cancellation period or notice requirement. You can cancel your plan at any time, and the cancellation will take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle, depending on the terms of your plan.

Will I receive a refund for the unused job slots after canceling the plan?

Refunds for unused job posts are subject to our refund policy. We recommend reviewing our terms and conditions or contacting our customer support team to inquire about any eligible refunds.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes, in most cases, you can update or renew your plan if you change your mind. The process to renew or update your plan is similar to how you go about canceling your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Look for the option to Update plan
  4. Click on Renew or Update subscription
  5. Follow the prompts to renew

Do the job posts disappear if I cancel?

If you cancel your membership, your job slot will remain available through the end of your billing period. If you would like to remove your job post, you can simply unpublished in the job post settings

How long does a job post stay live after canceling?

If you cancel your membership, your job slot will remain available through the end of your billing period.

What if I want to create more than one job post?

You have the ability to purchase more than one job post at a time in the dashboard or the job slot tab. To do so, simply click on the “+” button to add more job posts to your membership

How do I delete my PathMatch for Companies account?

You cancel your PathMatch subscription in the Settings tab. To delete your account, please contact us at help@pathmatch.com
