Job Description

  • Being the main point of contact for our influencer community, providing excellent customer service and
  • building strong relationships.
  • Influencer scouting, recruitment and onboarding.
  • Campaign casting and rate negotiation.
  • Work collaboratively and closely alongside the Customer Success team. Track and update Customer
  • Success Managers on the status of campaign castings and negotiation.
  • Develop and execute creative communication initiatives to empower our community i.e. surveys,
  • announcements, newsletters, blog posts, and other key communications.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking for community building, casting and onboarding solutions, contributing to
  • technology updates and platform flow.
  • Build an extensive knowledge of our community, enabling you to provide strategic insights and relevant
  • talent recommendations.
  • Understand our communities needs, and be the advocate for them in our internal, strategic discussions.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of the influencer marketing space including relationships with influencers,
  • best and worst practices and the ability to communicate that information to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Natural charisma with the ability to inspire and empower others.
  • Explores ideas and new approaches with curiosity and open-mindedness.
  • High attention to detail and is super organized.
  • Has a can-do attitude that will contribute to the overall office morale and work quality, be comfortable
  • working in a small close-knit team.
  • An adaptable team player with a positive attitude who can handle stressful situations and deadlines
  • calmly.
  • A genuine interest in being part of a dynamic technology start-up.
  • Proven experience relevant to the role (marketing, advertising or communications experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
