Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day inbound lead flow and outbound communication with potential partners for our B2B vertical
  • Direct incoming leads to the appropriate salesperson, including early qualification of the potential partner
  • Strategize with existing partners to expand Policygenius Pro with their agents and advisors
  • Work cross-functionally across Operations, Product, and Marketing to create new and better ways to engage potential partners
  • Engage with partners and potential partners via phone and email, consistently communicating with a sense of urgency
  • Assemble clear and concise presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Track and report on progress through SalesForce, while routinely meeting or exceeding goals

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of business development or account management experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with others to gain buy-in and achieve business results
  • You have a passion for engagement and exceptional attention to detail
  • A proven track record of meeting quota, deadlines and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Drive and determination to overcome objections and drive sales in our small potential partner targets
  • You are self motivated and looking to grow with an established late phase start-up company focused on a new vertical
