Job Description

  • Outreach: call, email and visit providers in person (if living in California) to discuss partnerships to improve mental health
  • Sourcing: find new providers and healthcare organizations for outreach
  • Analysis: discover what characteristics make a provider more interested in working together, and adjust our sourcing and outreach strategies accordingly
  • Strategy: inform how Prairie’s service should adapt and improve to better support based on feedback from HCPs
  • Operations: be the swiss army knife who can complete all sorts of tasks thrown your way, from email marketing to SEO support to researching software

Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications
  • Passion for improving the lives of people with mental health conditions
  • Ability to think deeply and on your feet
  • Drive to learn, grow and succeed
  • Strong, proactive communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Enrolled in, recent graduate of or deferring enrollment at a 4-year degree-granting university
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous (internship) experience in business development, sales, or operations especially in healthcare
  • California resident
