Interview Process

1. Phone interview screening

The first step of the process is typically a brief phone conversation to go over your background and interests that'll act as a screen to determine if you should be moved to the next round.

2. (4) Separate in-person interviews

The next step of the process is in-person interviews. These will be a mix of behavioral and technical to better assess your qualifications and see if you could be a fit.

3. Phone interview

The next phase is another phone interview, this time with someone who held a similar position to the one you are applying for.

4. In-person interview

The last step is an in-person interview with the General Manager and the Hiring Manager. They have the final say in if you should be hired.
