Interview Process

WWT starts recruiting for summer interns in September. The process ends in April, and the actual internship is held from May to August. The interview process is roughly 3 to 4 stages.

1. Phone interview with HR

The first step is a short introductory call with recruiter. It can take as many as 3 separate phone interviews to properly vet.

2. Video Interview

The next step is typically a video call with department chiefs or project manager. For analyst positions, this step typically involves two case studies. Additional onsite interviews may be required afterward, before moving onto the final meetings.

3. Multiple meetings with managers

The last step is an interview with multiple managers on location. Can last up to 2.5 hours and will have you meeting five to six project managers.
