Interview Process

The interview process at Wish is typically 2 to 4 phases.

1. Initial Phone Screening

The first stage is a typically an initial phone interview that will serve as a screening that allows Wish to learn more about you and how you might fit.

2. In-Person Interview(s)

If you make it past the initial phone screening, you will be moved onto in-person or video interview(s). These interviews will be fairly technical and will test aptitude for the work the intern would expect to do while at Wish. You will be contacted shortly after your final interview if you are accepted.
