Interview Process

Recruiters start their campus tour in the fall, and attend various university events between September and February. Internship roles are posted in the beginning of September through February, and interns can expect to start between mid-May to mid-June. Recruiters say that meeting them in person would help an applicant’s application, and applicants should do their research on the company before interviews. However, meeting in person is not necessary, and online applications are possible.

1. Phone Interview

In this initial phone interview the interviewer will go over background, experience and Splunk.

2. In-Person Interview with 3-4 Managers

In the in-person interviews, you will meet with 3-4 different managers from the department you applied for. Most applicants said the interviews were largely behavioral based.
