Jr. Executive Sales Internship
The Jr. Executive Sales Internship is a summer program geared towards students who are interested in working in sales. Paycom selectively hires students and puts them through training so that they can understand complex sales. Moreover, interns work within a collaborative office environment in order to gain first-hand exposure to real sales and to professionally and personally develop.
The Developer Internship is a summer program that exposes students interested in software development to the benefits and challenges of working within a progressive software company. Before joining a project team, interns undergo two weeks of training so that they can understand the intricacies of software development and the expectations for their project. Interns then collaborate with their team members to work on their research project and subsequently improve both their hard and soft skills that pertain to software development.
