Interview Process

1. Preliminary Video/In-Person Interview

The first step of the process is a preliminary interview conducted by one of the analysts at the location you are applying for. The questions tend to be fairly simple and straightforward; your interviewer will ask about your resume and past experiences.

2. Secondary Interview

The next step of the process is a secondary interview often held at headquarters and may be conducted by up to four specialists within the company. The questions tend to be behavioral and personality-based.
