Internship Programs

Broadcom Corporate Internship Program

Broadcom offers paid internships for full-time or part-time students attending university. Interns can expect an hourly rate of anywhere between $20 to $47, and the internship duration is generally set at the beginning of the assignment and may be extended or shortened based on company needs. Generally, the majority of our interns will be provided an opportunity during the summer months, however, interns are permitted to work throughout the school year (part time hours) until the completion of their degree program if so agreed upon.

Broadcom

Interview Process

Broadcom Summer Internships are posted in the late summer/early fall. Interviews with technical roles like software engineers and circuit/electrical engineers take place in November while non-technical interviews take place during the spring.

1. Initial Phone Screening

The interview process typically starts with a phone screen with the recruiter regarding past work experience and skills.

2. Phone Interview

Past the initial phone screen, the candidate will have a call with the manager of the prospective team to evaluate applicable skills for their specific team.

3. Onsite Interview(s)

The next and final step is a round of onsite interviews where the candidate will meet with the rest of the team to answer their questions.
