Jonathan Tuteur is an executive leadership coach and a management consultant with over 20 years of experience working across numerous industries including the U.S. Federal Government, Higher Education, Nonprofit, Retail, and Financial Services. Jon has held leadership positions at multiple consulting firms including Accenture. Jon's consulting work focuses on a multitude of organizational challenges including employee learning and development, leadership, change management, and growth and organizational strategy. His leadership coaching work focuses on helping individuals and teams optimize their performance and achieve their potential. His clients include CEOs, senior executives, and emerging leaders. Jon received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University with a double concentration in Human Resource Management and Information Systems and a Minor in Psychology. He also received a certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. Outside of his coaching and consulting work, Jon is a member of the Epilepsy Foundation of America’s Metro DC Chapter’s Advisory Board and has supported the Foundation in various capacities over the past 10 years including receiving the Excellence in Partnership Award. He holds a leadership position with The George Washington University’s Mentoring and Immersion Program for Consulting (MIPC) where he works with undergraduates and graduates in support of the program’s goal of ensuring all students are interview, employer, and client ready. Jon also actively supports the Anti-Defamation League where he was a Glass Leadership Fellow. Jon lives in Washington, DC with his wife Julia and his two daughters.
