A Day in the Life

Work Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads
  • Develop and maintain performance reports
  • Increase online sales and decrease abandonment rates
  • Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy and content
  • Develop SEO/SEM strategy, including a plan for backlinks, new content, and landing page testing
  • Execute ongoing A/B testing to maximize conversion rates
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and make data-informed recommendations on content optimization strategies
  • Optimize paid digital advertising opportunities and make budget recommendations for digital spend
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze CRM data to evaluate and monitor lead quality

Skills You'll Need

  • Strong background in digital, including digital display, video, mobile, social and viral media, integrated partnerships and online advertising, brand campaigns, and PR/acquisition campaigns
  • Experience managing social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Familiarity with third-party tracking solutions and platforms such as Sprinklr
  • Experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Infusionsoft, Marketo, Pardot, etc.
  • Search marketing, organic and paid, and tools like SEMrus
  • Organic social media and ability to utilize social media management tools like Sprout Social or Buffer
  • Salesforce or other CRM tool
  • Email marketing using tools like Mailchimp
  • Strategize for eCommerce marketing
  • Create and execute an integrated digital marketing campaign from start to finish
  • Set goals and KPIs, track and analyze metrics
  • Market and competitive research analysis
  • Up to date with latest Digital Marketing best practices
