Skills You'll Need

  • Expert in programming languages, like Java and Kotlin
  • Knowledge in basics of eXtensible Markup Language (XML)
  • Ability to use Android Studio and Android Software Development Kit (SDK)
  • Experience with APIs, such as JSON/REST APIs
  • Strong fundamentals in SLDC such as code reviews and CI/CD systems
  • Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
  • Knowledge of UI Frameworks
