About Us

Guiding you through the next phase

The workforce is evolving rapidly.  There are career paths that exist today that didn’t exist 5-10 years ago.  The unfortunate news is that most students in college don’t know they exist...or what they need to do to prepare themselves.

In a McKinsey survey of employers, 40% of employers said lack of skills was the main reason for entry-level job vacancies.  60% of employers said that new graduates were not adequately prepared for the world of work.

The main issue?  Lack of knowledge of available and appropriate career paths, the skills and experience employers look for when hiring in each path, and how to properly prepare for the evolving world of work during their college years.

Meet Our Team

Nancy Soni

Founder / CEO

Nancy is the CEO and Founder of PathMatch.  She’s also a Talent Partner at Hypothesis Ventures, a Venture Capital firm, where she advises high-growth companies on hiring and the former CEO of FILD, a recruiting firm that connects top talent to companies around the country.

After spending two decades helping companies hire top talent, she saw a gaping hole in how students learn about and attain jobs right out of college and how certain missteps could lead to major disadvantages later on.  She and her team built PathMatch to connect students to compatible career paths and devise a path towards attaining their career goals.

Nancy holds a BA in Psychology and Music from Emory University.

Patricia Mole

Content Marketing Specialist

Patricia is a Content Marketing Specialist at PathMatch. She recently moved to Los Angeles, California from New Jersey. Prior moving, she worked at a local aquarium for 7 years where she held various responsibilities, such as digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing and public relations.

Through experience, Patricia realized how hard it was to figure out what career path she wanted to take, as well as how difficult it was to land her first entry-level job. Patricia is excited to share her passion and dedication in helping others determine their career path, along with how to achieve this so that other students wouldn't go through the confusion as she did.

Patricia holds a B.B.A. in Business Management from Kutztown University.

Ellise Kim

Ellise is a Content Marketing Specialist at PathMatch. She received her B.A. in Public Relations & Advertising from Dodge College of Film & Media Arts at Chapman University, and, as a recent college graduate, she understands firsthand the relentless consternation that surrounds choosing a career and finding a job.

Prior to landing her current job at PathMatch, she held various internships in a variety of industries, from PR to digital marketing to recruiting. At PathMatch, she focuses on creating educational, engaging content that provides value and guidance for students.

Her passions lie in helping others discover their career path, and she hopes to help pave the way to their bright future.

Danielle Farage

Community Manager

Danielle is a Content Intern at PathMatch. She is a graduating senior at the University of Southern California studying Psychology with a minor in Entrepreneurship. While studying abroad in Hong Kong last spring, Danielle realized how hard it is to stand out amongst the crowd when applying to internships. Upon landing an internship at Mindshare in New York, her hometown, Danielle served as the only New Business Intern, where she supported pitch leads in project managing every stage of the media pitch process from NDA to RFI, RFP, Workshops, to the Final Pitch. She also has served on the executive board of Tamid Group, an international club that provides students with the opportunity to consult for and intern at Israeli startups in Tel Aviv.
