- Embark on an exciting 12-week project focusing on a real-time, impact business challenge
- Address key strategic questions through analytical frameworks and insights to advise the team on key decisions
- Experiment - Launch new products to improve our sales efficiency, spanning pricing, sales compensation, segmentation and much more!
- Become an Operations subject matter authority and in the process, learn the vast inner workings of Uber. In addition, we will host various training and social events on an ongoing basis so that you're growing your professional and personal network
- Graduation date between December 2022 - July 2023
- Self-starter with an analytical approach
- Insightful, team oriented and naturally adopts the 'rolling up your sleeves' mentality
- Skilled at balancing between short-term needs and long-term investments; grows with change and adopts diversity and ambiguity within your work
- Bias toward action and constant push clarity and execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as stakeholder management, consensus building, and project management
- Very proficient in Excel and data management software
