Job Description

  • You will build and manage close relationships with both direct sales and alliance partners.
  • Manage and support workload from field-heavy sellers
  • Support back-office work (coordination, organization, follow-up)
  • Research partners’ history and marketplace status
  • Support reporting, tracking for field-heavy sellers
  • Support account executives to build an alliance engagement strategy by opportunity or by target account
  • Manage communications and activities for specific partners

Requirements

  • Interest in the alliance management space
  • Curiosity and an innate desire to learn, you exhibit a growth mindset!
  • Ability to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Account and relationship management skills
  • Ability to organize and self-manage multiple different ongoing projects
  • The confidence to push on our teams by asking challenging questions and helping us evolve our approach
  • Clear and concise communication is a must
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Microsoft office/Google suite experience is a plus
  • Any experience in business development, relationship management, strategic planning, or account management is a plus
  • This is a new-in-career role for individuals with limited experience and a desire to enter the space
