Job Description

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Experience creating customer-facing marketing collateral
  • Experience in the software industry
  • Available 10-25 hours per week

Requirements

  • Gather intel on our top competitors and monitor changes in the market and our industries
  • Create winning assets for sales teams to use when pitching prospective customers
  • Update, create, and coordinate testimonials and case studies
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing email campaigns and identify outreach opportunities
  • Elevate our partner channel communications with branded assets and resource kits
  • Guide a social media strategy that appeals to our community and reflects our product led growth initiatives
  • Support and inform the creation of marketing programs
  • Support process improvement efforts and administrative functions
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, sales, CS and product teams
