Job Description

  • Build relationships and partnerships with student-run communities
  • Build new growth tactics for our user base
  • Test, fail, test, fail, across many of the tactics you want to run across social, community, or content
  • Hyper proactive in reaching out to new individuals and bringing them onboard Clicked
  • Define a roadmap for strategies to achieve user growth goals
  • Become a voice of Clicked and advocate for our mission


  • You are a Gen Z’er, and passionate about creating access to opportunities for individuals to explore and launch their careers
  • You love building relationships and being a vocal advocate for something that has meaning
  • You are a communicator by day and strategist at night
  • Proactive and an ability to work in a silo, while communicating to the entirety of the team on progress and needs for collaboration
  • Experience with all social media, and have a proven track record of building a following in previous experiences
  • We do not care how many years of experience you have, we only care that you are passionate about our mission, and have the experience and eagerness to execute in this role
