Job Description

  • Collaborating with the Sales team and participating in training to learn core sales skills
  • Shadowing sales professionals when they meet with clients and prospects
  • Assisting the team in generating new leads and reaching out to prospective members
  • Learning how to develop and handoff leads through sales processes, identifying and understanding sales trends, and conducting market research
  • Participating in account management, including deepening the relationship with the account, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving retention and upselling
  • Working with automation platforms to efficiently input and track data
  • Communicating the WeWork brand and lifestyle and providing unmatched customer service to potential prospects to ensure an excellent start to their member experience


  • Current college junior with an expected graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023
  • Passionate about relationship building and sales
