Interview Process

The interview process could take up to 4 weeks and consists of multiple rounds, typically 3 to 5.

1. Preliminary Phone Call

This early interview is typically conducted by a recruiter. The interview will be brief and will primarily revolve around resume-focused questions.

2. Secondary Phone Call

This interview will be conducted by hiring managers. The interviewers will ask you questions to gauge how well you would fit in at Zoom and will also ask behavioral questions.

3. Video/In-Person Interviews

Applicants may have to complete multiple rounds of interviews with different team members, managers, and executives. Each interview lasts approximately for 30-40 minutes. Depending on the position you are applying for, you may have to answer technical and behavioral questions and will be asked about your past experiences.
