The Wayfair summer internship is a ten-week, paid program that begins in June and ends in August. During the program, interns will work on one major project and will receive guidance and support from co-workers. Additionally, the program facilitates informal and formal mentoring opportunities and allows interns to learn new skills through training sessions and courses. The Wayfair Summer Internship Program is for rising Juniors and Seniors.

Co-op Program

The Co-op program lasts for 4-6 months and has flexible start dates. Similarly to the intern program, students participating in the co-op will be able to gain hands-on experience within their desired field and will be able to strengthen their professional skills. However, students participating in the co-op will be fully integrated into the team that they are working with.
