Summer Internship

The Wayfair summer internship is a ten-week, paid program that begins in June and ends in August. During the program, interns will work on one major project and will receive guidance and support from co-workers. Additionally, the program facilitates informal and formal mentoring opportunities and allows interns to learn new skills through training sessions and courses. The Wayfair Summer Internship Program is for rising Juniors and Seniors.

Co-op Program

The Co-op program lasts for 4-6 months and has flexible start dates. Similarly to the intern program, students participating in the co-op will be able to gain hands-on experience within their desired field and will be able to strengthen their professional skills. This technical assessment invites you to demonstrate your programming ability, using a platform called Codility, on a variety of small coding assignments. You will be given access to a Codility FAQ sheet which gives some helpful tips and guidelines for the assessment. The tasks within the assessment will ask you to write or correct some code and you will be evaluated based on your solutions.

2. First Round Interview

Once you are invited to an interview, you will be sent a link from GoodTime, eBay’s interview scheduling platform, in order to select a date and time that works best for you. The first round interview is conducted virtually, via Google Meet. After the interview, you will be notified via email if we are moving forward with your candidacy.

3. Second Round Interview

The second, and final, round interview is conducted virtually via Google Meet. While eBay is not hosting in-person interviews at our corporate headquarters in Boston, MA at this time, eBay encourages you to take a virtual tour!
