Founded in 1988, VMWare began experiencing record growth in the 1990s thanks to their innovations in the virtualization architecture, leading to an acquisition by EMC in 2004. Interview Process

1. Pre-Screening

The first step after you apply is the pre-screening process where you will be directed to questions around the role you applied to. For Software-related roles, you'll receive a link to HackerRank where you complete four questions.

2. Phone Interview

The next step is a phone interview with someone from the team you're applying to. They will ask you about any projects you've done that can relate to the role.

3. On-site Interview

The final step is an on-site interview with the manager you'd report to and your possible future coworkers.
