Travelers was founded in 1864 by James Batterson and began selling life insurance in 1865. Interview Process

The interview process depends on the internship you are applying for, but typically consists of 2-3 stages:

1. A phone interview with a recruiter

In this interview, you may be asked behavioral and situational questions, basic questions about your resume and what you know about Travelers

2. In-person Interview

This in-person interview will typically last for 30 minutes to an hour. Questions may be more technical. The interviewer will also try to get a sense of how you fit in in the company.
