Internship Programs
Tesla offers internship opportunities year-round that range from 3- to 12-month work terms based on their hiring needs. Interns work on a variety of projects to help advance the company's mission, and the recruitment process aims to match students with teams and projects that best fit their areas of interest and experiences. Tesla expects students to perform at the same caliber of excellence as any of their employees. Best of all, the program is meant to be a talent pipeline program for Tesla meaning many interns are offered a full-time role after the internship.
