Synchrony was actually founded in 1932 as GE Capital Retail Bank and has over 75 million customers today. Synchrony has 19 offices in the US and is also located in India and the Philippines. Some of the industries they provide services for include retail, health, auto, travel, home and they also offer award winning consumer banking products. Synchrony’s main goal is to improve the success of each company it works with and the quality of its customers lives. Business Leadership Program
Synchrony's Business Leadership Program is a two-year, three-rotation program offered to graduates to develop skills and accelerate careers
BLP Internship Program
Synchrony offers the BLP Internship to rising juniors and seniors along with first year graduate students. This program is a 10-12 week internship and students may receive an offer for the Business Leadership Program at the completion of their internship.
BLP Advanced Scholarship
Focused on inclusion and diversity, applicants will receive a scholarship, six-week virtual mentoring program and an invitation to the global diversity symposium.
BLP Sophomore Externship
Synchrony also offers a 4-day immersive externship program located in Stamford, CT for sophomores.
