SurveyMonkey

Interview Process

The interview process is typically 2-4 rounds.

1. Phone Screening

The first round is an initial phone screening to quickly go over your background and see if you should be moved to the next round.

2. Behavioral Interview

The second round is an on-site or video interview that consists of your typical behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit for the position. You will also be asked to go deeper in-depth about your experience.

3. Technical Interview

The next round or rounds consist of more technical questions for more technical positions, such as Software Engineers. Applicants to the Software Engineering internship position will interview with an engineer on the SurveyMonkey team.
