Interview Process

The interview process at Rockstar Games is typically 3 to 4 phases.

1. Initial Phone Screening

The first stage is a phone interview with an HR employee where they ask some  behavioral questions as well as your experience with Rockstar products.

2. Phone Interview

The next step is a call with the potential head of your department where they will go over your technical skills as well as some behavioral questions more related to the team you’d be working with.

3. In-Person or Video Interviews

The top candidates will then be brought in for one to two rounds of video or face-to-face interviews with a panel of potential teammates.
