Interview Process

The interview process from start to finish should take about 4 weeks.

1. HR Interview

A brief phone interview, around 20 minutes, to go over your background and resume. A few behavioral questions, more of a casual conversation. Technical questions may be asked (depending on position). Be prepared to answer to the best of your abilities.

2. Phone interview

The next step is a phone interview with the team leader. This can be in-person depending on location.
