Interview Process

Initial Phone Screen w/ HR

A brief (30m) interview about background and resume. Behavioral questions. Very informal. Technical questions may be asked (depending on position). Be prepared to answer to the best of your abilities.

Phone Interview w/ Developer Team

Similar format. Informal and conversational. Discuss the role and determine whether you would be a good fit for the team. Focus on growth-mindset (i.e., how will you help this team grow and how will it help you grow) and research the company’s past and present so that you can talk about its future.

Additional Aptitude Test or Technical Interview

Depending on the position, an additional standard Aptitude Test and Technical Interview may be needed. Technical skills include DBMS and previous projects.
