Summer Internship Program

NetApp’s Summer Internship Program typically lasts for 10-12 weeks and is offered in a variety of major cities. During the program, interns work on a team to complete research projects and other educational assignments. Interns also have access to important resources, mentoring, and feedback and can explore different departments within NetApp. The Summer Internship Program is intended to be a gateway to full-time employment within NetApp and is typically open to rising Juniors and Seniors.

Interview Process

The interview process at NetApp can take 3-4 weeks.

1. Phone Screen with Recruiter

In this initial phone interview the interviewer will go over background, experience and NetApp.


2. Technical Interview with Hiring Manager

Depending on the position you are applying for, you may go through a technical interview.

3. Onsite Interviews

The onsite interview can consist of 4 interviews face-to-face with 5-8 people each lasting 45 minutes to an hour.
