Interview Process

1. Pymetrics

To help you find the best internship to apply for, JP Morgan Chase partnered with pymetrics, a game-based platform that measures social, cognitive and behavioral attributes. After completing the games, it will take you to a list of programs tailored to you, as well as a personalized report to help you learn more about yourself.

2. HireVue Interview

In this Hirevue Interview, you will be asked around 4-6 questions and will have around 90 seconds to record your response to each question. If you applied for a technical position, you may be asked to complete a series of coding challenges.

3. In-person or Virtual Interview

In this final round, you will have an in-person or virtual interview with JP Morgan Chase team members. You will be asked a mix of behavioral, technical and situational questions so they can better understand your academic and professional experience.
