Summer Analyst Series

Goldman Sachs Summer Analyst Program is an 8-10 week summer internship for undergraduate students where they will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of one of the divisions. As an intern, you will attend orientation where you’ll learn about Goldman Sachs culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the firm, receive division-specific training designed to help you succeed, and have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and their people. Goldman Sachs normally looks for undergraduate sophomore or juniors for this program.

Interview Process

The interview process is typically 3-4 stages, depending on which department you are applying for an internship in.

1. A video interview through Hirevue

In this initial video interview, you will be asked 6 questions where you will have 30 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes to answer each question.

2.Online Assessment (if applicable)

If you applied for the Engineering Summer Analyst program, you will be asked to take a coding and math online assessment.

3. In-person interviews (Superday)

In the final round of the interview process, you will have three 30-minute interviews with Vice Presidents, Managing Directors, and other top executives at a specific Goldman Sachs location, where candidates will have to answer technical, cultural-fit, and behavioral questions.
