Interview Process

1. Assessment

Th first step past your application or on-campus recruiting event is typically an online assessment that has you answer data structure questions including easy algorithms. Some students report having no online assessment and instead being assessed on their technical qualifications via their phone interview.

2. Phone Interview

The phone interview is typically 45 minutes, but can range from 30 minutes to an hour long. They will give you a username to use to SSH into their terminal and do the given coding challenge. They are there for you -and easy to talk to as you go through the challenges. You will typically be asked to code in C or C++.
