πŸ’» What you'll be doing...

  • Grow our User and Employer communities and expand our presence into new channels.
  • Develop a community management strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals, taking ownership over your individual OKRs.
  • Research, identify, prioritize, create, and publish content to engage our audience and nurture a highly interactive brand following across platforms.
  • Measure and report on campaigns based on traffic analytics from each native social channel, our marketing hub, and Google Analytics.
  • Identify trends in community engagement and suggest optimizations to improve campaign performance.
  • Partner with our Design, Growth, and Content Managers to create valuable assets for each channel.
  • Write engaging, actionable copy tailored to our unique platforms and target audiences.
  • Work cross-departmentally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deeply understand both our customer and business needs
  • Select, organize, and maintain a CRM to manage and activate our growing community relationships.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Own community journey mapping: analyze touchpoints with the organization, maximize opportunities to achieve business goals, and prioritize opportunities to consistently improve the journey.
  • Tracking marketing metrics and trends.
  • Build reports, communicate success stories, and share key learnings and recaps to the marketing and team leaders.
