West Monroe was born in tech and built for business. West Monroe is 100% employee-owned so they all share in the company's performance and have a tangible interest in its success. Since their founding in 2002, they have grown without any outside money from a start-up with four employees to a full-service firm with over 400 consulting professionals. They are focused on partnering with organization to resolve timely, complex challenges and fundamentally change their businesses.

West Monroe Internship Program
West Monroe offers 10-week internships for current students in an undergraduate, graduate, or MBA program. Their internship program includes dedicated career advisors to help you identify and pursue your passion, along with a formal review cycle meant to help you land a meaningful consulting career. At West Monroe, they make it their goal to extend job offers to interns who’ve proven to be the best and brightest. Many of their interns find that, over the course of their work at West Monroe, they’ve built a mutually beneficial relationship that they want to continue in a full-time capacity. And with about 80% of interns becoming full-time hires, it appears to be working.
