AT&T was originally founded as the Bell Telephone Company in 1885, following Alexander Bell’s patenting of the telephone. Then, AT&T had a monopoly over the phone service industry until 1982. AT&T also began to grow and expand within the United States and Latin America. Now, AT&T trades on the New York Stock Exchange and has offices in 190 countries.

A&T offers paid, eight-to-twelve week summer internships in a variety of different departments. During these programs, interns gain real life experience in their field by working on exciting projects and learning about AT&T’s products and services.
